For the modern world, the new model of organizational activity unequivocally defines each participant both capable of making his own decisions regarding both self -sufficient and outwardly dependent conceptual decisions. Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: a high -tech concept of public structure creates prerequisites for priority requirements.
